1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GiftPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the GiftPilot service.

2. Description of Service

GiftPilot is a platform that allows mortgage loan officers to automate the scheduling and delivery of physical gifts to their clients after a closing. We offer two gift packages:

• New Home Pack ($199) — A 3-gift sequence for purchase closings: Engraved Cutting Board at closing, Branded Tumbler at 3 months, Premium Blanket at 1 year.
• Refi Pack ($89) — A 2-gift sequence for refinance closings: Branded Tumbler at closing, The Psychology of Money at 6 months.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

GiftPilot operates on a per-client, one-time payment model. There are no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees. Payment is collected at the time of order submission and is processed securely through Stripe.

All prices are listed in USD. By submitting an order, you authorize GiftPilot to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

5. Refund Policy

Because gifts are personalized and scheduled on your behalf shortly after order submission, all sales are final. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part (incorrect address provided by GiftPilot, failed fulfillment), we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a credit. Please contact support within 7 days of a missed or incorrect shipment.

6. Gift Fulfillment

GiftPilot coordinates sourcing, personalization, packaging, and shipping of all gifts through our fulfillment partners. We commit to scheduling gifts in accordance with the timelines for your chosen package. Actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to carrier transit times and peak periods.

You are responsible for providing accurate client names and mailing addresses. GiftPilot is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use GiftPilot for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
• Share your account with unauthorized users

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on GiftPilot are the property of GiftPilot and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Pending orders at the time of termination will be fulfilled as scheduled unless we have grounds to believe the orders were fraudulent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of GiftPilot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
